Cecil knows how to do his thing, and he makes it sound like The Crater Lake Monster is worth watching, if only to laugh at.
The Fog is an absolute classic of the genre. Maybe modern audiences will find it tame—I don’t know—but it is the perfect encapsulation of what American Horror is. It is the dictionary definition of the genre.
And it’s legitimately great.
Accept no substitutes, the original is simply amazing.
