Dashed Off The Song Before Breakfast, Made A Billion Dollars!

Okay, not quite that much money. But songs that were thrown together in just a couple of days have nonetheless been HUGE hits.

Speaking of songs coming out of dreams, The Beatles’ “Yesterday”, written by Paul McCartney, came to him in a dream. It’s become one of the most popular rock songs ever, with over 4000 separate covers.

Not bad for something made up while catching twenty winks, no?
